Academy Park was very fortunate to be chosen as the recipient of Olympus High's Samaritans Feet project. Last Friday, 70 students and several teachers from Olympus High arrived at Academy Park loaded with more than 500 pairs of shoes, socks, and strap packs. Thursday, May 1st, Dr. Bates, Granite District's superintendent, spent an hour visiting Academy Park. He spent time reviewing academic and behavior data, visiting with students and staff, reading student writing samples from our open house, and discussing the future goals for our school.
