Meet the New Assistant Principal
My name is Rebecca Spence. I am a graduate of Granite, and more specifically the Taylorsville network. I have worked for Granite for 23 years in several different schools. I started my career as a Speech Language Pathologist and worked with students’ communication skills. After 15 years I decided to challenge myself to become an administrator. I interned at Eisenhower Jr., and loved every minute of my time there. Next I was the Assistant Principal at Redwood Elementary for 4 years; it was challenging and very rewarding. I was appointed Principal at Twin Peaks at the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year. Now I am with two very amazing Principals here at Silver Hills and Plymouth Elementary. I have two spunky cats that keep me entertained. I love being an Assistant Principal and can not wait to get to know you all as at Silver Hills.
