Granite School District and Utah State Law require that you present these personal records for enrollment:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A current utility bill or Mortgage\/Lease Agreement establishing your\u202f<strong>proof of residence<\/strong>\u202fwithin the school boundaries (no cell phone bills).&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the proof of residence is not in the name of the legal guardian of the student, you must complete the \u201c<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/kearnsjr\/affirmation-of-residence\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Affirmation of Residence<\/strong><\/a>\u201d form with a notary.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not required for those attending on an approved\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/psp\/open-enrollment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Open-Enrollment Permit<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Birth Certificate&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immunization Records \u2013 Current immunization record&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Students will not be allowed to attend without current immunizations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Checkout form from the Previous School \u2013 (not required if enrolling before the start of the current school year).&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>All required registration forms must be completed on the Parent Portal<\/strong> (<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">after you have enrolled at the school<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you already have a Parent Portal Account Set Up<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.graniteschools.org\/LoginPolicy.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parent Portal Log-in\u202f<\/a>(need your students ID 9 number)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you need to create a Parent Portal Account<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a Parent Portal Account:\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/kearnsjr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/98\/2020\/06\/Parent-Portal-Account-English-Feb-2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">English (PDF)<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parent Portal Navigation:\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-59bd6cf5f911c923e82ee0ee.closte.com\/studentlearning\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2014\/12\/Parent-Portal-Navigation-Instructions-2014.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">English (PDF)<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration on the Parent Portal:\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-59bd6cf5f911c923e82ee0ee.closte.com\/studentlearning\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2020\/07\/Back-to-School-Online-Registration-English.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">English (PDF)<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After registration on the Parent Portal is completed, click on the\u202f<strong>schedule<\/strong>\u202ftab (top left corner) for your students class schedule.&nbsp;<strong>Please note schedules are subject to change up until the first day of school. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page to proceed through the registration process.
