Bonneville Parents and Students,
We would like to thank our PTA for their support of our Hot Dog Hello lunch time activity. The students enjoyed being outside and appreciated the music and treats. The fun starts with the PTA. Thanks

Good job to those that have stayed up to date on their course work. Thanks for your patience and cooperation in making the online experience a success. The teachers are working hard to make this happen as well.
Mr. Despain, a long time Bonneville and Granite teacher, has recently retired. We would like to thank him for his many years at Bonneville and wish him well as he starts a new adventure in his life. Those of you that are in his classes we are working on finding a replacement and providing online lessons to you in the meantime. Look for additional information this week. Thanks for you patience as we work through this process.
The students were amazing last week following our guidelines. Keep up the good work. Parents remember if a student is experiencing any of the symptoms below please keep them home. We want every parent or guardian to be checking their student each day before they send them to school for these symptoms. If the student is sick, please keep them home. It is better to be a little cautious and keep them home.
- LOSS OF SMELL OR TASTE
- MUSCLE ACHES AND PAINS
- SHORTNESS OF BREATH
- SORE THROAT
Bonneville has Community Council openings for the 2021 school year. If you would like to be a member of the Council your Declaration of Candidacy must be delivered to the school principal by September 8, 2020 at 3:00pm. Our first Community Council meeting will be September 10, 2020 at 6:30am. We will review all applications, review budgets, and discuss 2021 school goals. The new council will meet in October.
Format of Messages
The basic format of our messages is very simple for a reason. When we post the message, in a simple format, to the Bonneville website it can easily be translated into different languages with the translation tool. This ability allows for more parents and students to get clear information in many different languages.
When you receive a text message it is usually just a brief introduction to a more in-depth email. We are limited to the number of characters that can be used in the text messaging system.
Thanks again for making Bonneville a great place to be.
