As we come to the end of the first quarter, I would like to thank everyone for their patience, cooperation, and hard work as we move forward in this new world. The first quarter has been amazing, and I am looking forward to the rest of the school year.
Schedule Reminder
Monday October 19 Picture Make-up Day: Those students that have not taken their picture or would like a retake will be called down to the auditorium during 6th and 7th period to take their picture. Distance Learning students that need their picture taken can come to the school from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. You will just go straight to the auditorium. Remember to wear your mask and keep social distancing.
Tuesday October 20th Distance Learning Day for all.
Wednesday thru Friday October 21,22,23 Student Non-Attendance Days. No School for Students.

Distance Learning Students:
We are very concerned with the distance learning students progress throughout the quarter. Distance learning student should be putting in the same amount of time that the face to face students are during the day. Each day the students should be checking the teachers Canvas pages for their learning activities, assessment etc. If there is a problem, please email the teacher directly. Our teachers are working hard at making the online learning a success but need the students to access that information every day.
Intramural Basketball:
Intramural basketball is coming up at the end of the month. Listen to the daily announcements at school for more details. Intramurals is a great chance for all students to participate in an afterschool fun activity. More detail to come.

Preregistration for this year’s Cottonwood Bantam Basketball is critical.

We are excited to announce tryouts for the 2020-21 season of Bantam
Basketball will be held November 6th at Cottonwood High School.
Bantam Basketball is the youth basketball program for girls and boys
that provides kids between 3rd and 8th grades the opportunity to play
together on a team with other players who will eventually attend the
same boundary high school.

*Masks will be required for ALL, except when players are actively
participating in tryout activities.

6:00-7:15 Girls Tryouts
