Hello Bonneville Family!
Our students have been working hard these past few weeks completing their beginning-of-year assessments, including English MAP, iReady Math, and the Panorama survey. The information from these assessments is invaluable—it helps us better understand where each student is academically and socially so we can identify their specific needs and provide the right support moving forward.
We’re excited for our upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences on Monday, September 15th, and Tuesday, September 16th. Conferences will be held in an open house format from 4pm – 7pm both evenings, giving you the chance to visit with teachers at your own pace. Parents are encouraged to visit the library first that evening to grab their student’s grades from the school administration.
While you’re here Monday night, don’t miss our Boo to the Flu Clinic! It will be available for ALL families from 4:00–7:00pm.

📸 School Picture Day is also right around the corner—Tuesday, September 16th. Another chance to capture this year’s memories! Student’s will have their picture taken for the yearbook during their science class.

Personal Electronic Device Policy – In accordance with the Granite School District’s personal electronic device policy, all personal electronic devices are not to be seen from the 1st bell to the last bell of the day. To ensure that we can fully focus on learning, personal electronic devices will not be allowed during the school day. We believe this policy will help create a more focused and productive environment for everyone. Students are not required to bring a personal electronic device to school and Bonneville Jr High is not liable for lost or stollen items. If you choose to bring a device to school, please keep it in your backpack or locker on silent. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Students who wear a smart watch can wear this device during the school day as long as it does not become a mode of communication.
Cell phones are not permitted in restrooms on campus. If policy is not followed, then students may have their phone turned into the main office and a parent may be required to pick up the phone.
