The end of 2nd term is just around the corner and many of you are deciding if you want to stay with your choice of distance learning/face to face. Now is the time to make your decision for the next term. Elementaries require everyone to complete the form, we only require the form if you make a change.
If you would like to change please complete a new distance learning form (link below) and submit it to the Main Office by January 13, 2021. Please feel free to email it to nyates@graniteschools.org, fax: 385.646.5127 or bring it or have your student turn it into the Main Office.
