Start by finding a field you’re interested in, then look for entry-level positions and work your way up. Any apprenticeship or internship experience you have can also help you land a job. Use the websites below to start your job search:<\/p>\n\n\n\n -It is important to know how to start, build, and enhance your resumes. This will be beneficial when seeking job opportunities. See resume resources (Google Document)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n -There are six different branches of the military (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard), all of which you can enlist into once you\u2019ve graduated from high school. Here are the links to each military branch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Students who have an IEP may need more support services through vocational rehabilitation, disability services, and community programs. Use the following resources to help with job coaching, independent living skills, and college planning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n -Some students choose to do service projects after graduation to give themselves a break (gap-year) from school but still feel like they\u2019re involved with something. Large service projects could also serve as a great filler on resumes if you plan on taking some time off in between graduation and your next steps.
