ALL<\/em><\/strong> class changes must be done BEFORE the semester starts <\/em>OR<\/em><\/strong> on <\/em>Class Change Day<\/em><\/strong>, August 14.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Important deadlines:<\/strong> Class schedule changes are only permitted before the school year\/semester by August 7th<\/strong> and on Class Change Day presentation (Canva)<\/strong><\/a>, Friday, August 14<\/strong>. Class change requests will NOT be accepted after Class Change Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Change procedures:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n How long does a change take?<\/strong> Our counselors are committed to processing changes as quickly as possible! However, please understand that some changes cannot be made and some cannot be done until school begins. Check your email as we will communicate with you as quickly as possible and your patience is greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Email your counselor BEFORE school starts if you want to make a change. Please note that class change requests will <\/strong>NOT<\/strong> be accepted<\/strong> after Friday, August 7,<\/strong> so we have time to get through all requests before school starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After you’ve reviewed your initial schedule on Focus, and if you find that you have a hole in your schedule or need a change take a look at the Schedule at a Glance<\/strong> in the Schedule at a Glance (Google Spreadsheet)<\/a> to help you identify a class to add during the hole in your schedule or an alternative class for your desired class period. The Schedule at a Glance provides a list of all available class options organized by department and period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you need to make a change, email your counselor BEFORE<\/strong> school starts and let her know what you want to change.
