Appointments Only<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enrollment appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays<\/strong> from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drop-ins:<\/strong> If you cannot schedule an appointment, please visit the Counseling Center.  The office staff will help you schedule an appointment with the registrar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seniors new to Cottonwood: <\/strong>Seniors must meet with a counselor or administrator (during summer office hours) to enroll.  Please speak to our registrar to schedule a time.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Enrollment Documents:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following documents are required<\/strong> to enroll your student. We cannot enroll your student if you do not have them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Student birth certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Proof of address (this must be a recent utility bill dated in the last 3 months, a lease agreement, or a mortgage agreement)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Parent ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Additional items, if applicable:\n

      • Seniors – an unofficial transcript must be submitted at the time of enrollment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Students with an IEP or 504 Accommodations Plan must submit those documents at the time of enrollment to ensure correct class placement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        The following documents are recommended for enrollment. Having these documents will assist in getting students into the correct classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Immunization record. Parents must provide immunization records to the school within 21 days, or students may be exempted from classes until those documents are received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Grades 9-11: Previous school records (transcripts and withdrawal forms from previous schools)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Please be aware that due to our student information system, your student cannot start school on the day you enroll. Your student\u2019s first day of school will be 2 days after they are enrolled. Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
