If you are interested in starting a new club, you will need to submit one of the forms below to Mr. Brooks in the main office. All club applications are due no later than the last day of the first term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/cottonwoodhigh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2021\/10\/Club-Application-Non-Curriculum.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Non-Curriculum Club Application (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/cottonwoodhigh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2021\/10\/Club-Application-Curriculum.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Curriculum Club Application (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All club social media platforms need to be registered with the district on an annual basis using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/communications\/forms\/social-media-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Social Media Registration form<\/a>. All advisors and students need to be familiar with the Granite School District guidelines for social media usage. <a href=\"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/cottonwoodhigh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2021\/10\/Granite-District-Social-Media-Guidelines.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Social Media Guidelines (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All advisors and students need to be familiar with the Granite School District guidelines for club participation: <a href=\"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/cottonwoodhigh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/103\/2021\/10\/Granite-District-Club-Guidelines.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Club Guidelines (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below is a list of current Cottonwood Clubs.
