Howard R. Driggs Elementary is excited to begin our annual fundraiser. The fundraiser will go from October 2-10, with a Fun Run held on Tuesday, October 10 during the school day. This is an opportunity for the community to support the students and for the students to support each other.

DONATE IN PERSON: A donation table at the Fun Run will accept all forms of payment. We will also accept cash and checks at the school. Students can turn in donation envelopes in the classroom from Tuesday, October 3 until Tuesday, October 10.
GET EXCITED: Daily drawings for various prizes will be made from Tuesday, October 3rd through Friday, October 6th. Anyone who donates any amount on those days is eligible. For every donation of $50 or more you will also be entered into a drawing to win a new iPad!
Some highlights of our 2017 Fundraiser:
- Driggs will keep 100% of the money donated. Thanks to a lot of volunteers and sponsors, we don’t have to split proceeds with anyone. Please take this opportunity to give generously.
- A private donor will match our collective donation towards STEM-related purchases, dollar for dollar, up to $20,000 this year. This is another reason to open your wallet now and help us double the money!
- We know that the children are not in control of the amount of the donations they receive, so there are no cheap trinkets in reward for collecting certain dollar amounts. Driggs values all our students equally.
- Students will work together to earn a rewards assembly with a special surprise by running a total of 620 miles on October 13. The students in each grade who run the most laps will earn a medal; there will also be a sportsmanship prize for a student in each grade.
