Art Program District looking at funding an additional specialist. An Art specialist. This would be collaboration time for teachers 2 times a week. We will be able to vote on 3 choices, Visual arts, Dance and music.

Calendar options Voted on calendar options for the 2013-2014 school year. We chose draft B option, with start date Aug.25-June5 Dona emailed the results to Jana Kleine Dona Harris
Fruit grant Students have the chance to try a new fruit twice weekly. Dona reapplied for 2013-22014 Dona Harris

 

 

 

 

 

New Bill Passed Talked about  a new bill that just passed in the House. This bill affects grading of schools. We read over the concerns Representative  Hall has and how this could affect our school and community. Need to email governor Each member

 

 

 

 

 

 

Goals Make improvement in Math, Reading and Science

-Differentiate small group settings

-Using Tiers 1-3. To meet learning needs of every student

-Language arts-imagine it books

-Increase Dibels and acuity benchmark

Enrich and increase parent engagement and involvement. Reach out to families in a variety of ways Dona Harris
