• Student Internet Use Agreement
• Head Injury Policy
• McKinney Vento Form
• Free or Reduced Lunch Application
• Optional Student Insurance
• Snow Ball Policy
To create your Parent Portal account click this link: PARENT PORTAL REGISTRATION. Please create a parent portal account for each of your elementary students. Instructions for creating an account and navigating the parent Portal are located on the Robert Frost homepage under the “Important Frost Links” section on the right side. Once you have registered you will receive an email confirmation of the parent portal activation. Click on the second bullet and follow the instructions to complete your required sign-offs. If you have already created a parent portal to access your student’s grades or Canvas accounts, go directly to the second bullet and follow the instructions to complete your required sign-offs.
