Our purpose is to address the academic needs of students at the local level by evaluating and providing opportunities and programs for their benefit.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"schedule-agenda\" class=\"gsdscc-section-heading primary-color-bg p-3 text-white\">\n        Meeting Schedule and Agenda\n      <\/h2><p>Community members are invited to attend council meetings, but are not voting members. Candidacy and election procedures begin before each school year.<\/p>\n<p><b>Invitation to serve on the council:<\/b> We warmly invite parents to serve on our school&#8217;s community council. Information about council vacancies, declarations of candidacy forms, and elections are emailed sent out in August of each year.<\/p>\n          <p class=\"gsdscc-members-note\">\n            Contact We will purchase Waterford reading software or similar reading software to complement literacy instruction for students who&#039;ve been identified as benefitting from additional support. 4.
