A CCR meeting helps students and families understand where the student is now, what classes they may need next, and what steps can help prepare them for life after high school. The goal is not to have everything figured out. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Sophomore CCR is a College and Career Readiness meeting with the student, parent\/guardian, and school counselor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the meeting, we may review:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduation progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current grades and credits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classes needed for junior and senior year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career interests and goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/schools.utah.gov\/cte\/pathways\/utah\">CTE pathways and electives<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honors, <a href=\"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/grangerhigh\/advanced-placement-ap-concurrent-enrollment\/\">AP, and Concurrent Enrollment<\/a> options<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a
