{"id":26970,"date":"2025-08-12T12:01:35","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T18:01:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/grangerhigh\/?p=26970"},"modified":"2025-08-12T12:01:37","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T18:01:37","slug":"gti-first-week-of-school-info","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/grangerhigh\/2025\/08\/12\/gti-first-week-of-school-info\/","title":{"rendered":"GTI: First week of school info"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wednesday, August 13th<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Morning GTI Students (1st and 2nd period):\u2002<\/strong>All 10th, 11<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0and 12<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0grade students taking GTI classes on A-day will follow the GTI schedule.\u00a0 The morning bus will leave at 7:00 a.m. and return by 10:40 a.m. (9th graders will attend Freshman orientation, after Freshman Orientation those GTI 9<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0graders will report to the career center from 9:30am to 11:30am.\u2002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Afternoon GTI Students (3rd and 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0period):<\/strong> All 10th, 11th and 12<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0grade students taking GTI classes in the afternoon (3rd-4th periods) will need to be excused at 10:20am, head to the cafeteria, grab their lunch and catch the bus leaving for the GTI at 10:40 a.m., they will return at 2:00 p.m. (afternoon GTI\u00a09th graders will attend their 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0period A-day class at Granger, take first lunch, and check-in to the career center for 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0and 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0periods because they will have missed the GTI bus at 10:40 a.m.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All GTI students taking the afternoon GTI classes (3rd\/4th periods) will need to leave 2nd period class at 10:20 a.m. both A-days and B-days the full year.
