For students new to the area, appointments must be made with Mrs. Trujillo at 385-646-5178. Please bring the following: birth certificate, immunization record, proof of address (lease\/rental agreement or current utility bill), and proof of income (3 recent paystubs, SSI approval letter, 2025 DWS approval letter, or 2024 tax paperwork) if you plan to apply for a fee waiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For students who live outside our area and would like to apply to attend Granite Park, complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe3LcNO4XvRgkpdIOaxn6JAUqFHmWf_C870yOk9GzN0cCgXDw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Special Permit Application (Google Form)<\/a>. Applications are approved based on previous attendance, behavior, grades, and available class space. You will be contacted by the school once a decision is made. The process may take up to one week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Re-enrollment Information for 2025-26<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beginning Thursday, July 31, you can re-enroll your student in Focus using the <a href=\"https:\/\/graniteschools.focusschoolsoftware.com\/focus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Granite School District Focus Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For step-by-step help, review <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/infosystems\/online-re-enrollment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Online Re-enrollment Instructions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to create a Focus account, visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/graniteschools.focusschoolsoftware.com\/focus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Granite School District Focus Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For account setup guidance, use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/infosystems\/parent-portal-resources\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parent Portal Resources<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After creating your parent Focus account, use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/infosystems\/creating-a-parent-portal\/#gsd-page-contents-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instructions for Linking Students to a Parent Account<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After creating your Focus account and linking your students, you can begin re-enrolling for the upcoming school year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Watch the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/infosystems\/creating-a-parent-portal\/#gsd-page-contents-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Focus Parent Portal Video Tutorial<\/a> for additional support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The following documents are required to register as a NEW student in Granite School District:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Current Proof of Address (utility bill, lease\/rental agreement, or mortgage paperwork within the past 30 days)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Current Immunization Records<\/strong>  (7th graders will need to have updated immunizations to attend) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Birth Certificate or legal government ID if new to the area.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optional &#8211;<\/strong> <strong>Fee Waiver Application (you can get one at the school or complete on the Parent Portal) <\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fee Waivers cannot be approved without documentation of wages.
