You can now apply online to join any of our classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#x1f5a5;&#xfe0f; How It Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill out and submit the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/uasis.schools.utah.gov\/student-login\/registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Student Online Intake<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within <strong>48 business hours<\/strong>, our friendly office staff will call you to talk about class placement, testing, and next steps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This form works for <strong>all<\/strong> of our classes  no need to fill out separate applications!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#x1f4cc; What to Bring (if it applies to you)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your registration, please bring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Proof of Utah Residency<\/strong> Examples: Utah ID, Utah Driver\u2019s License, or a bill\/mail showing your name and Utah address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Photo ID<\/strong> Any government-issued ID with your photo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Social Security Number, Alien ID, or Driving Privilege Card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>High School Exemption Form<\/strong> Only if your high school class hasn\u2019t graduated yet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refugee Documentation<\/strong> If you\u2019re a refugee, bring proof such as an I-94 or a letter from DWS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DWS Referral Form<\/strong> If you\u2019ve been referred by DWS, please bring the referral form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re here to support your educational goals every step of the way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x1f4de; Questions?
