Dear Parents and Students,
March is here and with it our last jobsite rotation of the year. We hope to see some nice changes in the weather although we have been relatively fortunate thus far. As weather warms there may be some attempts to relax standards on distancing and masks. We still need to take precautions in our class to make certain we can keep everyone coming to school and healthy. Please remember that masks are a must while at school and during school activities. Students may request a mask break at any time. We must also remember to wash our hands regularly and keep distance where and when we can. Overall students have done a fantastic job in regards to these expectations.
Remember to check the calendars. If you need a copy I can send home another. Calendars are also linked below for your convenience. We will have a bit of a strange month because Spring Recess will be extended for students while staff participate in professional development training.
We miss our distance learners and hope that this virus passes soon so that they can resume in person learning. In the meantime we will continue to provide regular weekly check ins and support. Distance learning days are given below in the important dates and upcoming events section. As an effort to include our distance learners in the class and introduce everyone we are continuing to host a social time during the week. This occurs just after 1:00 pm on the day before we go to distance learning – usually a Thursday.
Remember that we have plenty of content and information on Google Classroom for you to check out. Adam and I are constantly searching for and creating content to keep you engaged. If you have a particular lesson you would like to see let me know.

Please familiarize yourself with the Post High R.O.C.K.S. expectations. We will be reviewing these expectations regularly and rewarding students for demonstrating them in a variety of locations both on campus and in the community. Please consider ways to incorporate these expectations at home.
