Gary Slaymaker Steps down as Head of
Hartvigsen Special Olympics Program Dec. 2013.
Special Olympics has developed my coaching skills, improved relationships, patience, and communication skills. The Special Olympic program has taught me how to be flexible, to look at the individual and make sure they are getting the most out of the Special Olympic program and having fun. Special Olympics has given me many opportunities to be loved by the athletes and parents for just being a part of their life. I have traveled to many States to participate in Special Olympics events, World game , National games, and Golf tournament; and this would not have happened if I was not involved .
Vanessa Mortensen Stout will be Head Coach for all Hartvigsen Teams. (Request for all sports related information, please contact her at Cell : 801-910-9767 Email: firstname.lastname@example.org)
Rochelle Deeter, Yolanda Kunder, Taylor Smith, Kedar Bevan, Kristi Thompson, Josh Larsen, Aaron Beck, Autumn Hoenicke, Shiree Rigby, Lori Shields, Mary (Hendrickson)Weinle, Conrad Hendrickson, Jeff Honsvick, and many other volunteers and parents.
*(Gary Slaymaker will act as Mentor for Hartvigsen Special Olympics program.}
Remember change is good when everyone gives 101% to the New Leadership. Remember that Special Olympics is my number one Volunteer program in the Utah.
