Academic Goals<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. RISE Achievement<\/strong>: The percentage of students achieving proficiency will increase by 3-4% from the previous year. Goals: 23% in English Language Arts, 20% in mathematics, 25% in science.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Literacy: <\/strong>At least 60% of students in grades kindergarten – 3rd grade will be reading on or above grade level at the end-of-year as measured by the Acadience Reading Assessment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Social Development Goals:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Student Attendance: <\/strong>During the 2025-2026 school year, daily student attendance will be 91% or higher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Students’ Self-Efficacy:<\/strong> The percentage of students who report that they believe they can succeed at school will increase by at least 3%. (“We are smart and can do hard things!”)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Student Citizenship Scores:<\/strong> Students’ report cards will reflect a school-wide average proficiency score of “3” in the Graduate of Granite Skills & Characteristics. (Respect, Communication, Responsibility, Dependability, Hard Work & Resilience)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Talent Development Goals:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Teacher Professional Learning Communities:<\/strong> Teachers will meet at least 6 times each month, preparing for each meeting with agendas, student data to review, and following a data protocol for the purpose of problem solving student learning on standards. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Coaching & Professional Learning:<\/strong> Teachers will participate in coaching cycles with the school’s instructional specialists, as well as participate in meaningful professional learning that builds their professional capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
