Dear Parents,
We have made a few minor changes to SEP conferences to honor the vision of the superintendent outlined in his email to parents last Friday.
- Tomorrow teachers will automatically schedule anyone who hasn’t signed up for a conference for a VIRTUAL time slot.
- Paper reminders and announcements of your scheduled conference time will be sent home with all students tomorrow. You will also receive an email 24 hours before your appointment – the email contains a live link to Zoom for anyone who signed up for a virtual conference.
- Teachers, office staff, and administration will be available to help you switch your conference from in-person to virtual at your request.
- Currently scheduled in-person conferences will not change unless requested but a parent; however, we encourage you to attend virtually to the degree possible.
- Students can attend the book fair Thursday during the school day if they bring money from home to make a purchase.
- The book fair will still be open for parents Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. However, we encourage you to send money with your student on Thursday instead of attending in-person to the degree possible.
