Hello community partners, Salt Lake County Youth Services will have a new cycle of classes of Guiding Good Choices staring on May 30 @ 6pm online, some of the topics we cover are:

*How to promote Health and Well-being During the Teen Years

*How to Develop Healthy Beliefs and Clear Standards

*How to Deal with our Anger in a Positive Way

*How to say No, Keep Your Friends, and Still Have Fun

*How to Strengthen Family Bounds

Please note this cycle is in Spanish we are planning to have an English one in July, the workshop and the workbook are free plus a $20 gift card, please feel free to share the flyer with you clients and as always feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
