Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd and Wednesday, September 23rd from 4-7pm. The format will look very different this year in an attempt to keep all stakeholders (students, parents and staff) of Jefferson Junior as safe as possible.
Students will be prepared to hold Student-Parent Conferences in their homes prior to the scheduled Parent-Teacher Conferences next week. If as a parent you do not feel that the Student-Parent Conference was adequate, you are encouraged to contact the specific teacher or teachers of your child’s class or classes that you still have questions about. We strongly encourage scheduling an online meeting with the teacher or having a phone conversation to keep all stakeholders as safe as possible.
For those parents who need to come to the school for an in-person meeting, those will be held in the teacher’s classroom. We ask that only the parents of the student and the student attend these in-person meetings.
We look forward to our students having the opportunity to show their parents how they are taking ownership of their own learning. We also look forward to meeting with parents to discuss additional questions and concerns.
