Dear Kearns,
Our People of the Pacific (P.O.P.) students participated in the annual Who Got Roots singing and dance competition over the weekend.
This competition is open to all school districts. They had started practicing since about November after school and in the evenings only and then over the break. We haven’t participated since about 5 years ago, so it was monumental that we got overall 2nd place and 1st Place in the Wild Card section!!
If you see the following students, please congratulate them! For the last month, they have practiced in the evenings at different houses almost every day.
