We are asking all freshman, sophomore, and junior students WHO ARE RETURNING TO KHS next year to keep their Chromebooks over the summer and into the next school year. In order to do this you MUST complete this 2025 Home Use Agreement: Kearns High School Chromebook Use. If you choose not to complete this form the Chromebook needs to be returned to the library by May 20th and checked out again next year. Failure to complete this form OR return the Chromebook will result in a charge for the device. All identifying information on the Chromebook must match what we have on file for the renewal to be successful. If your Chromebook is damaged in ANY way, you need to bring it to the library ASAP to be evaluated. Current senior students MUST return Chromebooks by the end of the school day on May 14th (unless still needed for class) in order to be cleared to pick up cap and gowns. Current SENIORS should NOT complete this form.
