We are asking all freshman, sophomore, and junior students WHO ARE RETURNING TO KHS next year to keep their Chromebooks over the summer and into the next school year. In order to do this you MUST complete this 2026 Home Use Agreement: Kearns High School Chromebook Use. If you choose not to complete this form the Chromebook needs to be returned to the library by May 22nd and checked out again next year. Failure to complete this form OR return the Chromebook will result in a charge for the device. All identifying information on the Chromebook must match what we have on file for the renewal to be successful. If your Chromebook is damaged in ANY way, you need to bring it to the library ASAP to be evaluated. Please complete the 2026 Home Use Agreement form<\/a> – you must have your Chromebook with you to fill it out correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any Chromebooks not returned or renewed by 22nd will be locked and a $270 charge will be applied to your account. As soon as the device is returned or renewed, the charge will be reversed. Please remember that the process to unlock a device next year can take a while and will stop you from starting the school year in a smooth manner.
