{"id":25560,"date":"2025-09-26T14:04:08","date_gmt":"2025-09-26T20:04:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/kennedyjr\/?page_id=25560"},"modified":"2025-09-26T15:13:42","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T21:13:42","slug":"enrollment-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/kennedyjr\/enrollment-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Enrollment Information"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To enroll a new student to Kennedy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/planning\/boundary-maps\/\">School Search Map<\/a> to verify that your address is in our boundary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items the legal parent\/guardian will need to bring with them to enroll their student include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Student&#8217;s birth certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picture I.D. of legal parent\/guardian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to date immunization record; state requirements can be found here <a href=\"https:\/\/immunize.utah.gov\/usiis\/\">Utah Department of Health<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of address with legal parents\/legal guardian&#8217;s name on it:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accepted proof of address verification includes the following dated no longer than 60 days &#8211; rental agreement, mortgage statement OR utility bill (water bill, power bill, etc.), driver&#8217;s license cannot be used as proof of address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Withdrawal\/checkout papers from previous school.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Granite District does have a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/ssp\/guardianship\/\">Guardianship department<\/a> should you need help establishing legal guardianship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you live outside of our boundary, but would still like to attend Kennedy, you will need to complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/ssp\/open-enrollment\/\">School Choice Open Enrollment form<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kennedy Jr. High Registrar is available at 385-646-5218<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To enroll a new student to Kennedy: Granite District does have a Guardianship department should you need help establishing legal guardianship.
