If you live in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.graniteschools.org\/schoolsearch\/\">boundary&nbsp;<\/a>of the school or have been accepted on&nbsp;an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/ssp\/open-enrollment-guidelines\/\">open enrollment permit<\/a> (Students who are outside of Lake Ridge Elementary boundary), you may now register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may complete registration online (linked below), but if you are new to the school, you will also need to&nbsp;<strong>come into the office to bring certain documents to the school to complete your registration<\/strong>.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These documents include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A current utility bill or lease agreement establishing your&nbsp;<strong>proof of residence<\/strong>&nbsp;within the school boundaries (not required for those attending on open-enrollment permit).*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*If the proof of residence is not in the name of the legal guardian of the student, you must complete the&nbsp;\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/lakeridge\/affirmation-of-residence-2\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"6133\">Affirmation of Residence<\/a>\u201d&nbsp;form with a notary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Original bir<\/strong><strong>th certificate accompanied with parent\/guardian ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Immunization records<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please still fill out the registration card below, and bring the necessary documents as soon as possible.
