There is a Fee Waiver process for eligible families. If you are applying for a Fee Waiver, your application must be submitted within 30 days of the student’s first day of school to be considered. Granite School District requires a new application each school year for each student. Free and reduced lunch is not included with the Fee Waiver.
To apply, you will need to bring the completed application along with the appropriate documentation to Mill Creek Elementary.
