Battle of the Books – Update

November 4, 2019 by M. White

Congratulations to Kadee M! She is the first student to read all 15 Battle of the Books from the 3rd – 4th grade list. Way to go Kadee!

Our Battle of the Books is off to a great start. We currently have 73 students participating and 17 of those students have passed off 5 or more books.

In addition, we have 9 staff members participating, 2 have earned the Battle of the Book Master Badge (15 Books) and 1 has earned the Grand Master Badge (30 Books).

Remember students have until January 31st to read and pass off a minimum of 5 books to battle. Our school battle will take place in March, and District Battle (5th grade only) will take place in April.

Contact Mrs. Valencia, our Media Specialist, with any questions.
