{"id":268,"date":"2013-05-15T12:07:21","date_gmt":"2013-05-15T18:07:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/oakridge\/?page_id=268"},"modified":"2025-03-13T14:20:52","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T20:20:52","slug":"parking-and-drop-off-safety","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/oakridge\/parking-and-drop-off-safety\/","title":{"rendered":"Parking and Drop Off Safety"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the safety of students,&nbsp;PLEASE encourage your children to use the crosswalks. <strong>No U-Turns&nbsp;at any time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Please observe the following traffic rules:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Front Parking Lot &#8211; Parallel to Jupiter:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This is the only school designated drop off zone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pull as far forward as possible,&nbsp;as close to the Jupiter exit as you can.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Park only in designated parking spaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not pull up to the school steps. &nbsp; This is for teacher parking only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oakview:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not park on Oakview unless you park in one of the three identified stalls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Red areas are not student drop off zones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not leave your car unattended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neptune:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not park your cars on Neptune.&nbsp; It is a narrow street and&nbsp;emergency vehicles need it to remain clear for accessibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note the attached maps for further instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/schools.graniteschools.org\/oakridge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/63\/2021\/08\/PARKING-SAFETY.pdf\">School Parking Safety (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/saferoutes.utah.gov\/school-mapping\/\">SNAP (School Neighborhood Access Plan) Map (url)<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the safety of students,&nbsp;PLEASE encourage your children to use the crosswalks.
