Mrs. Frandsen’s 6th graders took their final steps in Egyptology today. Students removed their chickens from salt (they changed salt 3Xs over the last few months) then sprinkled them with a cinnamon and clove mixture. The chickens were wrapped in gauze then placed in a sarcophagus with important items for the afterlife. Students carried them in a funeral procession to the final resting ground.

We were blown away by our very talented Band and Orchestra!! Their Christmas concert was amazing! Some of these kids have only been playing since October. We can’t wait to hear them at the Spring concert!!

Zippy has been busy!!! Not only does he help make toys but he has been watching our students and delivering treats to each classroom! We ❤️ having him at our school!
