Oakwood Elementary has been serving the Holladay area for over 125 years (established 1894). We have a rich tradition of student success academically as well as social\/emotionally. We look forward to serving your student in the near future!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enrollment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To enroll at Oakwood Elementary, please refer to the following 2 steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visit the Granite School District School Search Website<\/a> to determine if you live in our school\u2019s boundaries. You will input the address listed on the city utility, rental agreement, and\/or mortgage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Resident in Oakwood School Boundaries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Please visit the school’s main office during regular business hours to complete the registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Parents\/guardians will need to provide the student’s birth certificate<\/strong>, immunization record<\/strong>, and proof of address<\/strong> (see list of possible options (PDF)<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If a student is receiving services outside the regular classroom, the school will need the current IEP &\/or 504<\/strong> before a student may be enrolled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For list of required immunizations, please go to the CDC vaccine and immunization information for parents<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For Kindergarten Testing Dates, please contact the main office during normal business hours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
