The ideal candidate doesn\u2019t necessarily need to be involved in student government, sports, or the arts (although that doesn\u2019t hurt), but rather embodies a true leader, someone who can rally a group toward a worthy cause. As part of the application, students will submit a letter of recommendation from both a peer and a faculty mentor providing examples of the applicant\u2019s leadership experiences.
