We are raising money to help Granite District students in need by donating money for food during the holidays and the new year.
There are two competition parts to our fundraiser.
Part 1: Grade Competition Points
When you donate, tell the main office what grade you are donating for. If you are donating online in Focus, there is a donation link for each grade. The total donation numbers for each grade will then represent the grade score for the service portion of the overall grade competition scores for our Spirit Week grade competition in February.
Part 2: Donation Goal rewards for the overall school donations total! All grade totals will be combined for the overall school donations total.
Here are the rewards:
For $1,000 donated as a school, there will be phones during lunch allowed on a Friday.
For $2,500 donated as a school, there will be one additional day of phones at lunch and otter pops during that lunch.
For $3,500 donated as a school, the reward is a Teachers vs. Students dodgeball game.
For $4,500 donated as a school, the reward is root beer floats at lunch and a Holiday Dress-Up Day with best-dressed prizes.
For $6,000 donated as a school, the reward is a field trip to Classic Skating.
To donate online, parents need to log in to their parent portal in Focus and go to the Purchase and Pay tab. They will see the Holiday Fundraiser grade donation links there. To donate with cash, change, or a check, please donate in the main office and tell them which grade you are donating for.
