Our Halloween parade will take place on Thursday, October 31, at 9:00 a.m. It will be held outside. At 8:45 a.m., the drop-off lane will be blocked off for an hour so the students can walk through safely. Parade watchers will be sitting on the grass or in the driveway, so plan to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
Please remember that because the parade is taking place outside, you and your child will want to make sure that you and your child are dressed for the weather. (In the event of rainy or snowy weather, the parade will be canceled.) Students should come to school wearing their costumes and ready for the parade. Also, remember that no masks or weapons (real or pretend) are allowed for students or parents, and they should all adhere to the school dress code.
Some teachers may have classroom parties after the parade. Check with your child’s teacher before October 31 to see if they need help.

October 31 – Halloween Parade at 9:00 am and early day at 12:50 pm
November 1 – No School
November 4 – Dance INFORmance – S. Johnson, Hatton, and Bailey at 10:00 am
November 6 – Maturation – 5th Grade
November 6 – PTA/Community Council at 3:15 pm
November 8 – Picture Makeup Day
November 12 – School Board Meeting – 7:00 pm
November 19 – Parent Night Out at 5:30 pm
