October 20, 2024School News

Dear Parents,

The PTA is planning a Halloween party for each class on Thursday, October 31st at 10:00 a.m. They are looking for volunteers to provide snacks and facilitate games. Please use this link to sign up for an assignment if you can help in anyway:

Also, the parade will start at 8:45 a.m., but we will parade through 24 classrooms BEFORE we arrive to the parent staging area. Below is a list of times we estimate we will pick up each class. We are planning one minute per class plus a few extra minutes for long hallways and stairs We hope to arrive to the parent area at 9:15, but please be patient because it may take longer.

Parents may watch the parade outside by the penguin doors or in the gym with limited seating. Please check-in and obtain a visitor’s badge from the office if you want to watch the parade in the gym. You do not need to check-in at then office if you just want to watch the parade outside. Proceed to the penguin doors via the Northwest gate near the playground.

Please go back around to the front doors to obtain a visitor’s badge if you are helping with class parties. Parents will not be allowed to enter the school through the penguin doors after the parade. You must enter through the office if you watched the parade outside.
