Please bring the following required documents to the School office:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.) Child&#8217;s original birth certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.) Immunization Records<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.) Parent or Guardian Identification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>\u2022Drivers License or\n\n\u2022Passport or\n\n\u2022 Work Visa, ect. or<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.) Proof of Residency:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>\u2022 Utility Bill ( Water, Power, ect.) or\n\n\u2022 Lease Agreement or\n\n\u2022 Mortgage Statement or\n\n\u2022 If you do not have any of these documents in your name come to the office for an Affirmation of Residence Form.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we have all the documentation then we can register your child.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Students All new students must register in person.
