If you have a student who will be NEW to Pleasant Green Elementary during the upcoming 2021-2022 and in grades 1st-6th, this information is for you. If you have a student who will be attending Kindergarten in the 2021-2022 school year, please see our 2021-2022 Kindergarten Pre-Registration Information. If you have a student who will be returning to Pleasant Green Elementary who attended for the duration of the current 20-21 school year, you DO NOT need to pre-register your student. Returning student registrations will automatically roll over to the coming school year.
Prior to completing the Pre-registration form, please check the Granite School District Boundary School Search to verify that you live in our school boundary.
If you are not living within our school boundary and would like your student to attend our school, please contact the front office for information on how to apply for a Special Permit. Special permits are granted on a first come first serve basis and dependent upon classroom sizes.
Please fill out the Pleasant Green Elementary Pre-Registration Card if your student will be attending our school as a 1st-6th grader in the 2021-2022 school year. You will need to submit one form per student. Upon completion, please contact the front office at 385-646-4972 for an available appointment time to come into the school to complete the pre-registration process. You will need to bring in the following required documentation at your appointment:

The following documentation is required to complete the registration process:
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Proof of address- All address verification MUST be in the legal parent/guardian’s name AND dated within the last 30 days. Only acceptable forms are: main utility bill (gas, electric, water/sewer) OR Mortgage Statement/Lease Agreement).
