The forms will be available beginning <strong>July 31<\/strong> through the district&#8217;s student information system, <strong>FOCUS<\/strong>. Please sign in and complete the form here: <a href=\"https:\/\/graniteschools.focusschoolsoftware.com\/focus\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/graniteschools.focusschoolsoftware.com\/focus\/\">FOCUS <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can follow these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/schoolleadership\/school-registration-information\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.graniteschools.org\/schoolleadership\/school-registration-information\/\">step-by-step instructions<\/a> to complete the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students who have never attended a Granite School District school or have never attended Pleasant Green Elementary should expect to register as a new student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration hours are from 8:30 AM to 2 PM each day the school is open during the summer until June 13th, 2025. Registration will resume on July 22, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete new student registration, we will need a Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency (Utility bill; Water, Power, Gas, Lease, or Mortgage), and proof of immunization or exemption from immunization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>New Student Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students who have never attended a Granite School District school or have never attended Pleasant Green Elementary should expect to register as a new student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete new student registration, we will need a Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency within last two months (Utility bill; Water, Power, Gas, Lease, or Mortgage), and proof of immunization or exemption from immunization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All registrations may require additional documentation for accurate record keeping.&nbsp; You may be asked to provide this documentation at the school&#8217;s discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>First Day of School<\/strong><br>Grades 1\u20135: Wednesday, <strong>August 12<\/strong>, 2026 at <strong>9:00 AM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kindergarten: Monday, <strong>August 17<\/strong>, 2026 at <strong>9:00 AM<\/strong> (after Kindergarten testing on <strong>August 12 &amp; 13<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Back to School Re-Enrollment FormsBefore the start of the school year, all students must complete the Back-to-School Re-Enrollment forms.
