Thanks to those who came to Literacy Night on the 17th of November. We had a great time and were so busy we forgot to take pictures! Around 550 people were in attendance. Students had a passport that they had to have punched every time they played a game. Our wonderful coaches did a great job of making it a carnival-themed event and I had a lot of fun being the master of ceremonies and reading to the students. Students participated in a book exchange and went away with various books of interest. Special thanks to the PTA for spearheading the book exchange and making it a success.
Our next family night will be Math Night on March 10th from 5-7 p.m. We hope to see you there for free cake and a fun-filled night of math games and math-oriented activities.
