Roosevelt Continuation School requires a student to be referred to us by Granite School District to enroll your student. If your student has not been referred to us through Granite School District, please fill out registration paperwork with the link provided below. When you have completed registration paperwork call us @ 385-646-5590 to make an appointment to finish enrollment process.
