Special Education

I was born in Salt Lake City and raised in St. George Utah. I am the oldest of 3 and have two younger brothers, and am now an aunt to 4, 2 boys and 2 girls. I attended multiple schools. Dixie State (Now Utah Tech University), Southern Utah University, University of Utah, and Weber State University. I served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in San Bernardino California. I earned my bachelor's degree from the U of U in Human Development and Family Studies. After teaching parenting and behavioral skills and working with autistic clients, I decided that I would like to become a special education teacher. I then attended Weber State to complete my Special Education degree. I have loved teaching and supporting students and families. I love my family, spending time with my dog, and doing anything active and fun outdoors.
