Happy October! Thank you so very much for your continued support with our morning drop-off in our parking lot. We appreciate you parking in a stall and walking your child to their class. This has been a big help in keeping the cars moving and everyone safe.
Our Fall Recess is this week.
- Wednesday, October 15 will be an early out day and students will be dismissed at 1:15 pm.
- Thursday and Friday, October 16 and 17 are Fall Recess days and there is no school those days. Enjoy your fall break!
- There is also no school for students on Monday, October 20. Students will return on Tuesday, October 22nd.
Halloween at Stansbury-
- We will celebrate Halloween this year on Friday, October 31st. (This is the only day students may wear costumes to school.) We will be holding an outdoor parade for those families wishing to attend. Please bring your own chairs if you’d like to sit along the student parade route at the back of our school. Please know that parents will not be allowed in the building before or after the parade.
- Please send your student to school in their costume. Please send additional clothes if they would like to change after the parade.
- Full face-masks for costumes will not be allowed. Face paint is allowed.
- Weapons that go along with costumes will not be allowed.
- Please make sure that your child’s costume is school appropriate. They will be asked to change if the costume is not appropriate.
Our next Community Council and PTA meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 22nd at 8:45 am. Please join us in-person. We appreciate parent participation in helping our students achieve their goals.
