On March 27th Taylorsville Elementary held their very first Roaring Scholar Awards Ceremony. Students received awards in the following categories for the 3rd quarter:
Perfect Attendance- No absences, no tardys.
Rising Cub- Teachers choice for a student that made HUGE growth in 3rd quarter.
Outstanding Citizenship- For receiving 3 or 4 in every category of citizenship.
Honor Roll- For receiving all 3’s or higher in every academic subject.
High Honor Roll- For a GPA of 3.7 or higher in third quarter.
Families of the students receiving awards were also invited to attend and cheer on their Tiger!
Encourage your student to continue striving for excellence in the 4th quarter!
