The contract provides guidelines for everyone involved in each student\u2019s success.<\/li>\n<li>Is as strong as the people who believe in it and use it.<\/li>\n<li>Is a \u201cwork in progress.\u201d The committee that created the compact welcomes feedback form parents, staff and students. The compact was amended in the fall of 2024 by teachers, parents and the principal. Parent stakeholder groups also assist in the development of the school\u2019s Continual Improvement Plan (CIP). This document outlines the goals and strategies that guide school improvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supporting Parents and Families<\/strong>: School administrators meet regularly to receive training on effective parent and family engagement strategies, strategies that involve parents and families in a meaningful way to partner in improving student academic achievement and school performance. Improving student learning is a team effort. Along with parents as key partners in this endeavor, Granite School District coordinates district initiatives pertaining to parent and family engagement through a District Improvement Steering Committee (DISC). This plan is data-driven, evidence-based, and responsive to findings from data reviews, needs assessment findings, and stakeholder input. The school comprehensive Title I plan articulates how evidence-based strategies, action steps and milestones will support the goals listed below.<\/p><h3>Goal One<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1a. At least 75% of students will achieve typical or above typical growth on the End of Year Acadience Reading assessment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1b. At least 70% of students will achieve typical or above typical growth on the End of Year Acadience Math assessment.<\/p>\n<p>1c. Achieve at least a 2% improvement on RISE Language Arts when comparing 2025 school proficiency to 2026 proficiency.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"input-box\">\n<div id=\"waffle-rich-text-editor\" class=\"cell-input editable disabled-input\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Goal Two<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2a. By the end of the year we want to exceed 65% on the self-efficacy category on the EOY Panorama Survey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2b. During the 2025-2026 school year, daily student attendance will be 91%.<\/p>\n<h3>Goal Three<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3a. Each teacher will identify an area of improvement each quarter and will, through observations, coaching cycles and\/or PLCs, find solutions and begin to implement them into their practice.
