The majority of our teachers will be conducting parent teacher conference via the Zoom platform. It can run on a mobile device or computer. Make sure you ALLOW internet audio shown in the images below.
Follow these instructions for how to join a scheduled Zoom meeting using a link for the individual teachers listed in the table below.
The teachers will admit you into the meeting at the appropriate time according to their appointments from the Canyon Creek online scheduler. Please be setup and connected in the waiting room PRIOR to your scheduled time. Directions to make appointments
The password used is Tville2020, unless the teacher has created a specific one for your meeting.
Use the search field to find each teacher that you have scheduled a meeting with for the conference time on your Canyon Creek schedule for your student. Please enter the meeting using the name of your student so each teacher knows who to admit to the meeting.
If a teacher name or link is not shown, they are conducting conferences via other means and you should contact them directly by email.
All students and parents are invited to meet with teachers during Parent Teacher Conferences on September 21st and September 22nd. There will be no face to face appointments this year. All scheduled appointments will be held by phone. If you would like to meet virtually through zoom please schedule an appointment and then reach out to that individual teacher.

Please note: previously September 24 and October 20 were planning days, but they have been made Distance Learning days. Distance Learning days have students learning remotely and not on campus.

Make-Up Picture day will be held on Thursday, October 15 from 7:30-2:00. Students who are distance learning and have not had their picture taken will need to come in that day to have them taken. Any student who has not had their picture taken will also need to get their picture taken for their ID and yearbook photos.
This announcement is for all in-coming Seniors who did NOT take the ACT this summer with a voucher.
Class of 2021 Seniors, if you wish to take the ACT for free with a voucher and you did NOT already take the test in June or July with a voucher, you must sign up on the voucher request form. You will find the link in this announcement. It is a Google form so you will need to be logged-in to your school account. https://bit.ly/ACTVoucher
The test dates available are on October 10, 17, 24.
Please indicate on the form the date you will be testing and we will email you your voucher so that you can register with ACT to take the test once you have submitted the form with your request.
