<em><strong>ALL<\/strong><\/em> of these documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Legal guardian&#8217;s valid picture ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of residency (utility bill within the last 30 days; i.e, water, gas, electricity, mortgage or a rental lease agreement in a Legal guardian&#8217;s name)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Birth certificate, original or certified copy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student&#8217;s Immunization records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcripts from previous school, if available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a
